1780

The building belonged to the army and for many years was used as a barrack.

1834

It was here that Josef Kajetán Tyl wrote the text of "Kde domov můj" which became the national anthem of the Czech Republic.

1861

Neo-ghotich part of the building, which was built according to a draft from Karel Píchal. PALLADIUM is easily recognizable because of this part.

1996

Army left the damaged building and we won the tender.

2005

We started with construction work.

2007

We opened a five-story shopping center with more than 180 stores for you.
